Secluded cabin for rejuvenating retreats in the beautiful Conwy countryside, close to pubs and the beach (sleeps 2)
Space & setting.
*Brand new*
Proof that not all off-grid getaways need to be miles away from civilisation, this cosy eco-cabin in North Wales strikes the perfect balance between peaceful seclusion and convenience. Surrounded by green hills and grazing sheep, you can just hole up here and be utterly alone during your stay. But for those who fear cabin fever, the dog-friendly beaches, country pubs and seaside promenade of Abergele are just a short drive away, or better still, take the long walk into town and explore Conwy’s idyllic countryside along the way.
The cabin itself is a testament to the owners’ passion for using sustainable design to create unique spaces. A Scandi-style interior of minimalist furniture hand-crafted from local oak keeps the attention on the surrounding landscape — which pours in through huge bedside windows — while solar power, eco-friendly bath products, compost toilets and spring-fed water leave as little impact as possible. Ditching the devices is made extra delightful by an eclectic selection of old-school cassettes, plus plenty of books and board games to while away a lazy afternoon in the sunshine or by the fire. If there was ever an excuse to disconnect completely, this is it.
