How to bag a stay here in 2025.

Some places are just too special to stay available for long. Our most-popular hideaways — with amazing locations and beautiful interiors, of course — book up weeks, if not months in advance. Many are already filling up for this year, so if you’ve got your eye on one, don’t dally.

Snap up your 2025 stays now before someone else beats you to it. Don’t say we didn’t warn you…

The Cider Store

A dreamy 3-bedroom barn, that’s ideal for shared time with family or friends. Part of a lovely smallholding near the Suffolk Coast, there’s also an idyllic 10-acre sprawl of grounds with wildflower paths, a heated covered pool, a trampoline, bikes and resident animals for kids to visit. Parents, meanwhile, will appreciate the ease of a pizza oven, BBQ and catering options on offer. A treat for all. Sleeps 6. Dog friendly.

Tidal Shore

This Swedish-designed house-for-2 is impossibly romantic, hidden at the end of a private lane, with a vast deck for slow morning coffees and alfresco dinners and a garden gate leading straight onto the beach. Spend halcyon days swimming in hidden coves, walking stretches of the SW Coastal Path and day-tripping to Newlyn and Mousehole; watch the sunset from the roll-top bath, strikingly placed to gaze over at St Michael’s Mount. Sleeps 2.

The Studio & Hut

This North Devon cabin stole hearts the moment it launched back in summer 2020. It’s the dream mix—meadow-like gardens, wild coastal views, and interiors straight from a design magazine. By day, swim, surf and beachcomb at Croyde and Saunton Sands; by night, BBQ under the stars and listen out for the hoot of an owl. Come as a family, a couple, or solo—expect unparalleled peace and quiet inspiration. Sleeps 4. Dog friendly.

Rapids Cottage

Perched above the Wye Valley, this rescued cottage is a woodland wonder. Its Scandi-chic interiors are pure luxury, but outside steals the show: a deck hugging the hillside, a festoon-lit hot tub, a hidden cinema in the trees. Hike through ancient forests, take a wild river dip, then return for fireside drinks under star-filled skies. Sleeps 4. Dog friendly.

Rewild Things

These are treehouse retreats like no other. Hidden in a vast rewilded estate, where skylarks trill and herons glide over wetlands, the stunning cedar-clad hideaways feel like luxury African safari lodges, with open-air baths, firepits and floor-to-ceiling windows framing leafy views; homemade meals can be delivered in a hamper (chilled Prosecco included).  A honeymoon dream — yet just 15 minutes from Gloucester train station. Each sleeps 2 + kids.

The West End

Commandeer the west wing of this historic Welsh castle for a right royal knees-up with friends and family. With 2 or 5 spacious bedrooms beneath soaring ceilings, modern fittings set against original Gothic stonework, and Welsh blankets next to riotous artwork and vintage furniture, this is a truly unique escape. Swim in the estate’s lake, feast on locally-foraged produce, then sink into the wood-fired hot tub. History, luxury, and adventure rolled into one. Sleeps 4 or 10. Dog friendly.

Forager’s Cabin

Tucked deep into the Welsh countryside, this eco-cabin is a balm for the soul. Birdsong, woodland strolls, and alfresco soaks set the pace; sauna sessions, aromatherapy massages and facials take R&R to a whole new level. Set between Shropshire Hills and the lakes, peaks and valleys of Snowdonia, there’s adventure for those who seek it. Or embrace slow living with sundowners at G&T Point, stellar stargazing and fireside naps. This is the art of unwinding, perfected. Sleeps 2 + 2 kids.

Craftman’s Cabin

An incredible handcrafted hideaway on the biodiverse Somerset Levels, where local artisans have perfected every detail. Think willow lampshades, bespoke ceramics and a cast-iron firepit outside for stargazing in your secluded wildflower meadow. Cycle to Alice Temperley’s family cider farm, watch a starling murmuration, and sink beneath bubbles in the outdoor tub and let time slip away. Great value, too. Sleeps 4 (or 2, so romantic!) + 2 kids. Dog friendly.

Cordyline Cottage

The location of this sea-salty Georgian bolthole on the Kent coast is second to none. You can run from door to shore in less than a minute, be seated at one of Deal’s loveliest bars in less than 5, and shop-hop between indie cafés and boutiques. Inside is so serene: lime washed walls with marine blue accents and curated artwork of water and sky. Ideal for families, but off-season, it’s a steal for couples craving coastal charm. Sleeps 2. Dog friendly.

The Farmhouse

This bold and beautiful Cornish farmhouse was brought to life by its formerly London-based designer owners, bringing the capital’s cool to this rural patch. A huge BBQ and a terrace that’s perfectly angled for sunsets make it a fab summer spot, and with 4 bedrooms upstairs and 3 huge reception rooms to spill out over, it’s great for group gatherings (you can also take over all 3 of the farm’s properties to sleep 21 in total). Near North Cornwall beaches and Bude’s trendy dining scene. Sleeps 8 + 1 child. Dog friendly.
