Born and raised in Cornwall, photography has always been a part of Kate’s life – some of her earliest memories are spending hours with her father in his home dark room. After working in advertising in London for the best part of a decade, Kate is now living and working back in Cornwall where her photographic style has adapted to her surroundings; with a particular love of light and shadow, her images have moved away from urban landscapes and now capture the beauty of Cornwall, usually during golden hour – her favourite time of day. Kate owns the beautiful Winnow Barn on Kip.
