How long will it take to receive my order, and how much will shipping cost?

Your product(s) will be shipped to you directly by the individual maker(s), therefore shipping times can vary and your order may arrive in multiple packages. Estimated lead times can be found on the individual product listing page and shipping costs are visible on the check-out page. Shipping is within the UK only.

How do I make a return or exchange a product?

Each maker has their own exchange and refund method. To arrange, please contact us at kiosk@kiphideaways.com with your order number, the product you wish to exchange/return and the reason why. Please note that made-to-order products such as artworks and ceramics are non-refundable. When a product is non-refundable, it is stated on the individual product listing page.

My product has arrived damaged or faulty; what can I do?

Please contact us at kiosk@kiphideaways.com so we can help organise a replacement for you. Please provide photos of both the damage and the packaging, along with a short description of the issue to help us resolve this with the maker.

There is a product missing from my delivery, what should I do?

All products are sent directly from the makers you have purchased from. Therefore if you have ordered from multiple makers the order will arrive in multiple packages. If there is a product missing from a package please contact kiosk@kiphideaways.com with the details of your order and missing item so that we can assist you.

I have received the wrong product in my delivery.

Please contact kiosk@kiphideaways.com with a brief description of the issue and include your order number. Our team will liaise with the maker to get this sorted for you.

I have only received part of my order in my delivery.

Kip Kiosk is a community of independent makers allowing you to shop their unique products featured in our hideaways. Your order is sent directly to the maker who will prepare and send your products to you. Therefore your delivery will come split across multiple packages if you have ordered across multiple makers. If it has been more than 10 days since the specified lead/delivery time, please contact our team (kiosk@kiphideaways.com) who will be happy to look into this for you.

My item looks slightly different to the one shown on Kip Kiosk

Many of the products featured on Kip Kiosk are one-offs; unique pieces made by hand, and so may vary very slightly from the one pictured in the listing. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images. Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, because many of these products are handmade, all sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements indicated on our website may have slight variations.

How do I get in touch with a maker directly?

Can I request alternative colourways or sizes?

No. All products are offered as shown.

You understand that Kip Hideaways Ltd does not manufacture or store any of the items sold through Kip Kiosk. We provide the platform; the items in Kip Kiosk are listed, produced and sold directly by independent makers, so Kip Hideaways Ltd cannot and does not make any warranties about their quality or safety. Any legal claim related to an item you purchase must be brought directly against the maker of the item. You release Kip Hideaways Ltd from any claims related to items sold through Kip Kiosk, including for defective items, misrepresentations by makers, or items that caused physical injury (like product liability claims).
